Dandruff occurs as a result of shedding of the dead cells. This is a natural process that occurs all over the body of human beings. Once in every month we get new skin all over of the body. While dead cells go unnoticed in other parts of the body those falling from the scalp are caught up by the oil from the hair leading to the formation of dandruff. When it becomes itchy the problem starts and gets worse when sores are formed on the scalp.
